Donald Thomas Silva Memorial 21 September 2021
Don Silva was a pivotal figure in many different rolls within the Sacramento Freelancers Drum & Bugle Corps, and Freelancers Winter Percussion ensembles. Among those rolls Don was Drum Caption Head and Arranger, and later Corps Director.
